Title : Store Manager



Reports to : Head of Retail

Vacancy based at Long Lane, Aintree, Liverpool.

Hours of work : 38.5+ Hours per week/Store Rota/5 out of 7 days

Purpose of the Role:


To support and lead a team of Sales Advisors at our biggest store, in driving sales performance, enhancing customer experience, and maintaining high operational standards within the store. This role requires strong personal sales ability, proven leadership skills, and a consistent focus on business goals, customer service, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:



Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store and personal sales targets. Provide hands-on support to the team in delivering exceptional customer service and a seamless in-store experience. Actively manage the sales process by monitoring performance on the shop floor, supporting the quote pipeline, and ensuring all team members follow company procedures. Maintain accurate and efficient administrative processes, minimizing order errors and meeting requirements from internal departments. Ensure store merchandising meets the highest standards, including regular display refreshes in coordination with the Head of Retail. Oversee adherence to company policies, including all cash handling and finance procedures. Foster lasting customer relationships through strong after-sales service and support throughout the customer journey. Identify local market opportunities and communicate them to the Head of Retail. Track and analyse team KPIs to inform monthly and quarterly performance reviews. Deliver consistent coaching, development, and performance management to all Sales Advisors. Maintain transparent and effective communication with the team and the Head of Retail. Submit weekly and monthly performance reports by agreed deadlines. Promote a positive and proactive team culture focused on continuous improvement.
