Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and administrative tasks. Develop and implement strategies to enhance store performance and improve customer satisfaction. Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to foster a high-performing team culture. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as health and safety regulations. Maintain effective communication with team members and upper management regarding store performance and challenges. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner. Utilise time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Proven leadership experience in a retail or similar environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual candidates are preferred. Proficiency in phone etiquette to effectively engage with customers and team members. Ability to sell products while providing exceptional customer service. Strong time management skills to ensure efficient operation of the store. Experience in team management with the ability to inspire and develop staff members. Administrative skills necessary for managing reports, schedules, and inventory records.
