As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales, managing and developing a high-performing team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience that reflects our brand values.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and inspire the store team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Deliver outstanding customer service through team training, leading by example, and cultivating a service-first culture.
Maintain strong product knowledge of current menswear trends and ensure the team can confidently assist customers with styling and product recommendations.
Oversee daily operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, scheduling, and store maintenance.
Manage recruiting, onboarding, training, and development of store staff.
Monitor store performance and implement action plans to drive profitability and customer engagement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of retail management experience, preferably in menswear or fashion.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Proven ability to meet sales goals and manage operational performance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
Passion for menswear, customer service, and personal presentation.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
