Overview

We are seeking an organised and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage a team effectively. As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving our customer experience while achieving store objectives.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations and ensure staff comply with our store policies and procedures. Manage staff performance through effective training, coaching, and development. Drive sales management initiatives to meet or exceed sales targets. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Integrate with our valued customers and manage complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Implement effective staff management strategies to improve staff productivity. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to ensure product availability.

Skills

Proven experience in retail management or a similar management role. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent sales management capabilities with a focus on achieving results. Proficient in managing diverse teams while promoting inclusivity. Exceptional time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently.

Pay: 30,000.00-36,000.00 per year
