About us

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership and communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profits. Recruit, train, and support our colleagues to achieve their career aspirations. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Maintain inventory levels and order new stock as needed. Deliver good strong customer service interactions and become part of the local community. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service. Deliver company promotional campaigns to increase sales.

Pay: 30,000.00-32,000.00 per year
