We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager for our Subway to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring the store is well-organised and efficiently run.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily store operations to ensure a high standard of service and efficiency. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and maintain excellent customer relations. Implement effective sales management strategies to maximise revenue opportunities. Oversee administrative tasks including inventory management, scheduling, and reporting. Maintain an organised store environment that reflects the brand's values and enhances the customer experience. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clarity in roles and responsibilities. Manage time effectively to priorities tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment. Uphold company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work culture.

Requirements

Must have Subway Experience. Must know all the systems
