Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to oversee operations at Joshco Ltd. Located in a friendly village environment, this role is crucial for ensuring efficient store management and exceptional customer service. The Store Manager will lead a team, manage daily operations, and contribute to the overall success of our community-focused business.
Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Manage daily store operations, including inventory control and staff scheduling.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of store presentation.
Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance revenue growth.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
Oversee administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting, and stock management.
Requirements
Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Experience in sales management is an advantage but not essential.
