Alan Howard are the leading supplier to the Hair and Beauty trade. We are a family run business trading for over 50 years and employing over 300 employees across the UK

We are currently looking for a Full Time Store Manager to join the team in our Belfast Store on Falcon Way, BT12 6SQ

Hours of Work:

37.5 per week working Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.15pm (no weekend work or late nights)

The Role:

Managing and motivating a small team, organising daily operations.

Stock control and ordering from suppliers

Excellent customer service

Building relationships with the existing sales team

Assisting in store, including telephone orders, CRM and till work

Daily bankings

Weekly staff meetings

Controlling staffing levels, including holiday requests

Key skills:

Experience in managing a team, preferably in a retail environment

A proven record of excellent customer service

Understanding of profitability and profit margins

Creative thinking to meet business objectives

A positive can do attitude and a willingness to help others.

Experience with POS and CRM systems an advantage

Salary:

28k per annum plus monthly commission
