to lead our City Centre team and keep things running smoothly.

What You'll Do

As

Store Manager

, you'll be at the heart of the action - leading a team of 20+, delivering an outstanding customer experience, and making sure the store is running at its best.

Key Responsibilities

Lead & Develop

- Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team, creating a supportive and motivating work environment.

Keep Things Running Smoothly

- Manage schedules, stock levels, and store checklists to keep everything on track.

Maintain High Standards

- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health & safety compliance are always top-notch.

Deliver Great Customer Experiences

- Lead by example, ensuring every guest feels welcome and leaves happy.

Problem-Solve & Adapt

- Be ready to troubleshoot challenges, whether it's a last-minute schedule change or a maintenance issue.

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of leadership experience

in hospitality or retail. A hands-on leader who thrives in a

fast-paced, team-focused

environment. Strong customer service skills and a natural ability to bring out the best in people. A passion for

great food, sustainability, and creating a welcoming space

for customers. Someone who values

professionalism with a relaxed touch

--we expect a clean, tidy, and approachable presentation, but no need for suits here.
