About the Role
We're looking for an energetic, commercially savvy
Store Manager
to take full ownership of daily operations, inspire the team, and drive results. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is excited by the opportunity to grow with a brand that's going places.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll lead the store as if it were your own business--driving sales, building a high-performing team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience every day. Responsibilities include:
Leading and developing a customer-focused team to deliver consistently excellent service
Managing all aspects of store operations including stock control, cash handling, health & safety, and merchandising
Driving commercial success through efficient stockroom management, pricing accuracy, and well-executed promotions
Recruiting, training, and coaching team members, setting clear goals and motivating performance
Analysing store KPIs and taking proactive steps to optimise sales and control costs
Acting as the key link between your store and the Area Manager to share insight and deliver business objectives
What We're Looking For
You're a natural leader with a strong retail background and a can-do mindset. You love retail, know how to get the best out of a team, and are always looking to raise the bar.
Previous experience in store manager role within a high-street or fast-paced retail setting
A confident decision-maker who leads by example and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves
Excellent merchandising skills and stockroom know-how
Strong communication and people development skills
Customer-obsessed with a track record of creating standout in-store experiences
Tech-literate with good working knowledge of Excel, Google workspace and back-office systems
Knowledge of health & safety and retail legislation
Resilient, adaptable, and ready to take on new challenges with a positive attitude
