About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Astella Jewellery for a

Store Manager

in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter. This is your chance to lead a talented, growing team in one of the UK's most distinctive independent jewellers.

As Store Manager, you will:

Lead our boutique team across sales, client care, and operations Deliver an unforgettable in-store experience that reflects Astella's brand story Drive commercial success while maintaining our standards of luxury, inclusivity, and care

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced leader with a proven track record of managing a retail team within the jewellery, luxury, or premium lifestyle sector.

You'll also be:

Highly organised, process-driven, and confident in leading day-to-day operations A natural motivator with a passion for hitting KPIs and sales targets Entrepreneurial and commercially minded - treating the store as if it were your own business Passionate about delivering exceptional and inclusive customer experiences Skilled in visual merchandising and brand presentation Confident in recruitment, training, and developing high-performing teams Social-media savvy and comfortable promoting the brand online Polished, professional, and able to represent Astella with pride
Key Responsibilities

Lead the in-store team to deliver exceptional service and strong commercial results Oversee all aspects of store operations, from team performance to customer experience Build and maintain meaningful, long-lasting customer relationships Champion Astella's brand values and ensure showroom presentation is always of the highest standard Manage stock, store layout, and commercial planning Recruit, coach, and develop new and existing staff Promote Astella online and in-store, leveraging social media to reach new audiences Take ownership of the full sales journey - from first enquiry to lifetime aftercare Consistently achieve performance against KPIs and sales targets

30,000 - 35,000 per year (plus commission & bonus)
