The Role
As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the store--owning people, performance, and product. You'll set the pace on shift, lead your team through high-stress service periods, and adapt quickly when challenges arise (from surprise rushes to last-minute stock gaps).
This is not a desk job. You'll be on the floor, in the action, making fast decisions and keeping the fire burning.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment
Take full ownership of daily store operations, including service flow, food quality, and guest experience
Manage busy services confidently, staying calm and decisive during peak periods
Recruit, onboard, and retain strong team members using your existing networks and industry connections
Act quickly and creatively when challenges arise--especially during stock shortages or unexpected changes
Oversee on-site stock management: ordering, rotation, waste control, and availability
Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company standards at all times
Drive performance through clear communication, coaching, and leading by example
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience & Skills
Proven experience in a leading role (Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar) within hospitality or QSR
Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure in high-volume, fast-paced environments
Strong people leadership--confident in directing teams during busy services
Experience recruiting staff, with strong industry connections or local networks
Excellent on-site stock management skills, including forecasting, ordering, and minimising shortages
Quick thinker with strong improvisation and problem-solving skills when plans change at the last second
Hands-on, adaptable, and resilient--comfortable making decisions on the fly
Bonus Points For
Experience with busy food brands or street-food style concepts

Experience:
