- You're a mentor, motivating your team and helping them achieve. You guide your team with a mixture of passion and insight to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Minimum Criteria To Apply
Advanced experience of managing large retail teams in a fast-moving retail environment to achieve a significantly high weekly sales target Advanced experience of managing a wide range of retail categories Demonstrate the following competencies: + Prioritise and organise work

Salary & Hours



53,911 FTE 44 hours per week
