We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and highly organised

Store Manager

to take full ownership of the day-to-day operations of our fast-food restaurant. This is a

hands-on, operational role

that requires someone who

leads by example

, supports their team on the floor and in the kitchen, and takes responsibility for standards, people, and performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesStaff Leadership & People Management

Take full responsibility for store management and team performance

Lead from the front

, setting standards through your own behaviour and work ethic Actively support the team during service, including stepping in where needed Build a capable, reliable, and well-trained team with strong day-to-day skills Create, manage, and maintain staff rotas Handle shift emergencies, staffing shortages, and operational challenges Train, coach, and develop team members to improve confidence and ability Monitor performance and carry out regular reviews and feedback Foster a positive, respectful, and motivated working environment Manage disciplinary matters fairly and professionally Resolve staff issues and escalate appropriately when required Hold staff meetings Conduct one-to-one reviews with team members
Store Operations & Standards

Be

hands-on in daily operations

, including front-of-house and kitchen when required Ensure the store is clean, safe, comfortable, and family-friendly at all times Maintain high standards of food quality, speed, and customer service Ensure daily, weekly, and deep-cleaning schedules are followed Uphold all company policies, procedures, and operating standards Ensure full compliance with health and safety and food safety regulations Oversee equipment, maintenance, and site condition Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues quickly and calmly Ensure correct deliveries, stock rotation, and end-of-day checks
Finance, Inventory & Compliance

Oversee stock control, ordering, and inventory accuracy Actively manage and reduce waste Review store performance and take action to meet targets Manage staffing, sales, and stock budgets responsibly Complete and control weekly cash reports Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally and effectively
What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a

Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager

in fast food or hospitality

Hands-on operational experience

, including time spent working in a kitchen Confident people manager who can develop staff skills and reliability Flexible, adaptable, and available to meet business needs Willing to

travel to support other sites when required

Holds relevant training (e.g.

Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2, FSA-related training

, or equivalent) Holds a Full UK driving licence Organised, calm under pressure, and able to make practical decisions Takes ownership, leads by example, and holds themselves and others to high standards
