Job Summary:

As the Dessert Shop Manager & Growth Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our dessert shop's operations. This includes managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high-quality dessert preparation, and implementing strategies to grow the business. You'll be both a hands-on leader and a strategic thinker.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Customer Service Excellence: Ensure all customers receive exceptional service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
Dessert Quality Control: Maintain consistent quality in dessert preparation, ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation standards.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, place orders, and minimize waste to optimize profitability.
Financial Management: Monitor sales, manage expenses, and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.
Business Growth Initiatives: Develop and execute marketing plans, promotions, and partnerships to attract new customers and increase sales.
Operational Efficiency: Streamline processes, optimize workflows, and implement best practices to improve efficiency and productivity.
Hands-On Support: Assist with dessert preparation and customer service during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
Compliance: Ensure the shop adheres to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in a management role, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of dessert preparation and presentation.
Financial acumen and budgeting experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
