We are looking for an experienced and motivated

Store Manager

to run our busy Bagel Sandwich store. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced food environment.

What you'll do:

Oversee the daily running of the store, ensuring smooth operations. Lead, train, and motivate a small team to deliver excellent service. Manage stock, ordering, and food preparation standards. Maintain high standards of hygiene, health & safety, and compliance. Drive sales, manage costs, and achieve targets. Be hands-on in the business - from serving customers to managing staff.

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in hospitality, food retail, or quick-service restaurants. Strong leadership and people management skills. Organised, reliable, and able to work under pressure. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Flexible with working hours, mandatory weekends.
