As
Store Manager
(Vape Specialist), you'll play a key role in driving both
sales performance and operational excellence
. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading from the front on sales
, inspiring and motivating your team to consistently exceed targets, maximise conversion, and increase average transaction value
Driving store KPIs
, including sales growth, ATV and customer retention, using data and insight to identify opportunities and take action.
Delivering exceptional customer experiences
, setting the standard for product knowledge, upselling, and personalised recommendations.
Coaching and developing your team
to become confident salespeople and vape specialists, with a strong focus on performance, accountability, and progression.
Creating a high-energy, results-focused culture
where success is recognised and high standards are the norm.
Planning and prioritising effectively
, staying organised and adaptable when responding to deadlines, challenges, and commercial opportunities.
Overseeing the day-to-day running of the store
, including rotas, time and attendance, store presentation, stock control, cash handling, and compliance with company procedures and best practice.
Your experience
We're looking for a commercially minded leader with a proven track record in
driving sales and delivering results
. You'll ideally bring:
Proven experience managing and developing a team
within a retail, sales-led, or hospitality environment.
Strong retail sales experience
, with a clear understanding of upselling, conversion, and customer engagement.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding KPIs
, including sales targets, ATV and overall store performance.
Exceptional customer service experience
, with the ability to lead by example and create memorable, repeat-worthy customer interactions.
Confident leadership and communication skills
, capable of motivating teams and managing performance effectively.
The ability to adapt to changing priorities
, remaining calm, focused, and resilient in a fast-paced retail environment.
Comfort working under pressure
, particularly during peak trading periods, while maintaining high standards and results.
