Job Description

Taka-Taka, a popular Greek takeaway, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Manager. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff management, customer service, food quality, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise a team of employees, including scheduling, training, and performance management Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times Ensure that food is prepared and served according to the restaurant's quality standards Maintain inventory and order supplies as necessary Monitor financial performance and ensure that revenue and expenses are in line with business objectives Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for customers and employees Act as a liaison between the restaurant and external parties, such as vendors and suppliers Continuously assess and improve restaurant operations to optimize efficiency and profitability
Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in a management role in the restaurant industry Strong communication and leadership skills Excellent customer service skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Familiarity with restaurant inventory management and financial reporting Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of Greek cuisine and culture is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00-17.00 per hour
