We're looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and hands-on Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and help build a thriving team. This role is perfect for someone who loves food, people, and creating great customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities*
Oversee daily bakery operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Manage and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver friendly, high-quality customer service.
Coordinate with bakers and kitchen staff to maintain product quality and availability.
Handle scheduling, training, and performance management for staff.
Monitor stock levels and place supplier orders as needed.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene compliance.
Manage cash handling, daily reconciliations, and basic reporting.
Assist in marketing activities, promotions, and community engagement.
Track sales performance and implement strategies to meet revenue targets.
Represent the bakery's values and ensure a welcoming environment for customers and staff alike.
About You
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or food service management (bakery experience a plus).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude, reliability, and a customer-first mindset.
Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management.
Flexibility to work weekends or early shifts as needed.
