Kiltane is looking for a Full-Time Store Manager for our new Cambridge store !

About the job

We are recruiting a full-time store manager for our Cambridge store. We are looking for someone who is available 5 days on a rota of 7 days per week.

Candidates

MUST HAVE

a minimum of 1 year of experience in store management. Please note candidates without the above criteria will not be considered.

As a store manager, you will work to support your team achieving their goals & going above and beyond for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the store floor and leading the sales team to assist the line manager. Lead by example in excellent customer service. Ensuring all targets and goals are met throughout the team. Maintaining the store & back areas ensuring they are tidy and clean. Ensure shop floor is stocked and always presented well. Opening & closing store. Ensuring shop floor is fully always stocked.
