What You'll Be Doing

Leading, motivating, and supporting your team to achieve outstanding results Overseeing all daily store operations and ensuring full compliance Managing daily banking and cash handling procedures Driving sales and meeting performance targets Delivering first-class customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience Merchandising and keeping stock displays attractive and on-brand Carrying out stock checks and managing inventory levels Enforcing Challenge 25 and maintaining policy compliance Ensuring a safe and compliant workplace at all times

What We're Looking For

Legal right to work in the UK Strong English communication skills Must be of legal drinking age A confident, hands-on leader Proactive, organised, and highly self-motivated Sales-driven with a strong sense of accountability Excellent customer service and people skills
