About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Store Manager

to lead our menswear retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for men's fashion, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive sales and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

As the Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily store operations--from visual merchandising and stock management to staff development and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in upholding the brand's image and ensuring every customer leaves with a positive impression.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales and performance goals. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the highest level of client satisfaction. Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and store presentation. Manage inventory levels, stock control, and product replenishment to optimize sales. Analyze sales figures and trends to identify opportunities for growth. Implement visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines. Recruit, train, and schedule staff to maintain strong store performance. Maintain a professional and stylish store environment that reflects the brand's identity. Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner. Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety, and operational procedures.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor in fashion retail. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent sales and customer service abilities. Good understanding of retail KPIs and inventory management systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Passion for men's fashion and current style trends.
