Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our menswear retail team. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for men's fashion, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations to ensure a smooth and efficient environment Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent service Maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect brand guidelines Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and reduce shrinkage Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive shopping experience Analyze sales performance, identify opportunities, and implement improvement strategies Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures

Qualifications:

Previous retail management experience, ideally in fashion or menswear Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Sales-driven mindset with the ability to coach and inspire a team Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
