As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service. Supervise and train staff to ensure they meet performance expectations and provide excellent service. Drive sales through effective selling techniques and promotional strategies. Communicate effectively with team members and customers to foster a positive environment. Organise staff schedules and manage time efficiently to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours. Maintain store standards in line with company policies, including cleanliness and product presentation. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating strong phone etiquette when necessary. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store.

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail management or a supervisory role within a retail environment is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent time management skills to balance multiple tasks effectively. Proficient organisational skills to maintain an efficient store operation. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse groups; multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. A customer-focused mindset with a passion for retail sales. Familiarity with inventory systems and retail software is advantageous.
