The Business

GolfQube is a new venture from the Kingsway Group of Companies. The Kingsway team has been involved in Golf Retail and Golf Leisure facilities for over 30 years. The company operates golf courses, driving ranges, adventure golf, coaching and more recently indoor golf simulators.

The Site

The site will offer customers golf tuition, club fitting and a wide range of top brands for equipment and apparel. Additionally, customers will be able to practice and play virtual golf on site.

We use technology from Trackman 4 and iO for unparalleled club and. Our goal is to help golfers to be well equipped, improve their skills and enjoy the game to the fullest.

GolfQube has the UK's first indoor TrackMan Driving Range with 6 indoor bays and 1 simulator bay.

Role Description

At the GolfQube site in Cheltenham we are looking for locally based people who are passionate about golf and want to progress within the company.

The Store Manager is a on-site role to lead the sales team, drive performance and engagement, inspire a team, create exceptional customer shopping experiences and manage daily store operations.

Skills & Experience

Experience in Retail

Knowledge of golf equipment, brands, and industry trends

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Stock management experience

Team-oriented and customer-focused mindset
