The Role



As Store Sales Manager, you'll lead our Chester team with energy, confidence and care. You'll set the tone for exceptional service, coach and support your team, and take ownership of the store's performance as if it were your own.

You'll bring a commercial mindset and natural flair for people management to every decision.

About You



We're looking for someone who's:

Passionate about motivating and developing a team A team player who leads by example Confident coaching and supporting others to grow Obsessed with delivering great customer experiences Commercially aware and confident making decisions Always looking for ways to improve and do things better Confidence in tackling issues when there and then.

What You'll Need



A proven track record leading teams in high-ticket retail Strong leadership and coaching skills The ability to create a great culture and drive consistent performance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 22,880.00-47,219.06 per year
