We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail team and ensure the smooth operation of our store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and implementing merchandising strategies to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance. Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and maximise profitability. Maintain high standards of merchandising, ensuring products are displayed attractively and in accordance with brand guidelines. Manage inventory levels, including ordering stock and conducting regular stocktakes to minimise shrinkage. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Conduct regular training sessions for staff to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques. Prepare reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and staff performance for management review. Ensure the store is clean, organised, and well-maintained at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable. Demonstrated experience in sales management with a track record of achieving targets. Strong organisational skills with effective time management capabilities. Proficient in merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility and appeal. Administrative experience is beneficial for managing reports and documentation effectively.
