Store Operations
Maintain outstanding store presentation and visual merchandising
Ensure smooth, efficient store operations in line with company standards
Oversee health, safety, and security compliance
Commercial Focus
Analyse sales performance and take action to drive results
Monitor budgets and control costs effectively
Report weekly insights on products, performance, and customer feedback
Identify opportunities to grow sales and profitability
Stock Management
Manage ordering, deliveries, storage, and stock rotation
Conduct monthly stock takes and ensure accuracy
Maintain an organised and efficient stockroom
Coffee Bar
Oversee preparation and an exceptional service of to company standards
Ensure all team members are trained to Barista level
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and equipment care
About You
Proven experience in retail management (hospitality experience a bonus)
Strong leadership, communication, and people skills
Commercially astute with a focus on driving sales and managing costs
Energetic, positive, and hands-on leader who leads by example
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
