We're looking for a passionate and driven

Retail Store Manager

to lead our team and create an extraordinary experience for every customer who walks through our doors. You'll lead the store -- inspiring your team, driving sales, managing costs, and ensuring the highest standards of service, presentation, and performance.

What You'll Do:



Customer Experience



Deliver the absolute highest level of customer service, ensuring every visit feels special Build a customer focussed culture and a team passionate about people Proactively handle customer feedback and learn, turning insights into action

Team Leadership



Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team Provide clear direction, coaching, and regular performance reviews Create rotas to balance coverage and budget effectively Foster a positive, fun, and supportive work environment Identify training needs and upskill team members to reach their potential

Store Operations



Maintain outstanding store presentation and visual merchandising Ensure smooth, efficient store operations in line with company standards Oversee health, safety, and security compliance

Commercial Focus



Analyse sales performance and take action to drive results Monitor budgets and control costs effectively Report weekly insights on products, performance, and customer feedback Identify opportunities to grow sales and profitability

Stock Management



Manage ordering, deliveries, storage, and stock rotation Conduct monthly stock takes and ensure accuracy Maintain an organised and efficient stockroom

Coffee Bar



Oversee preparation and an exceptional service of to company standards Ensure all team members are trained to Barista level Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and equipment care

About You



Proven experience in retail management (hospitality experience a bonus) Strong leadership, communication, and people skills Commercially astute with a focus on driving sales and managing costs Energetic, positive, and hands-on leader who leads by example Knowledge of food safety and hygiene Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
