Store Manager - Leicester

Hours:

40 hours per week, working any 5 out of 7 days, including bank holidays and weekends.

Salary:

Up to 30,000 per annum + the opportunity for a quarterly bonus.

About the Role:

Store Manager

Your Role at a Glance:

Lead and inspire:

Manage and mentor a high-performing team, setting sales targets and leading by example.

Drive sales success:

Oversee daily store operations, from merchandising to inventory, ensuring a flawless shopping experience.

What We're Looking For:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail, ideally in the jewelry sector. Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of driving sales and leading a successful team. Passion for luxury products and the ability to engage with high-end clientele. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to achieving results.
