We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all store operations, including staffing, inventory management, and merchandising. Drive sales through effective sales management techniques and by fostering a customer-centric environment. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on store goals and objectives. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting to ensure smooth store operations. Implement time management strategies to optimise staff productivity and store efficiency. Maintain high standards of phone etiquette when interacting with customers and suppliers. Provide training and support to staff to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while promoting a safe working environment. Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control.

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role. Strong ability to sell products and services while motivating the team to achieve sales targets. Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail in managing store operations. Exceptional time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse customer bases. Bilingual abilities are advantageous for enhancing customer interactions in a multicultural environment. A solid understanding of retail management principles and practices is preferred.
