Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, achieving sales goals, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Manage day-to-day store operations
- Supervise and motivate staff to meet sales targets
- Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to the team
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Sales management experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Organizational skills to manage store operations efficiently
