All store-level operational functions necessary in order to maximise the profitability of the store, and meet or exceed all store financial targets.
This role is 42.5 hours per week - Monday to Saturday

Main Duties
To ensure that the store trades as a model example of a Regenerate store, as defined in the Colleague Handbook
To work closely with the store Buyer(s), in order to achieve and exceed buying targets, ensuring consistency and a holding within target of correctly priced quality stock for resale.
To oversee the cheque/currency counter to meet and exceed targets, whilst controlling bad debt, and ensuring that administrative functions are correctly undertaken.
To set monthly targets for sales staff, and ensure that they are met through meeting high standards of customer interaction, stock display and merchandising, and through training.
To get the best from your team through leading, prioritising, motivating and when appropriate, following the disciplinary procedure to satisfactory outcome.
To develop and promote the highest possible operational and housekeeping standards.
To work through agendas and work set out by the Directors
To ensure that all legislative standards are met, including Health & Safety and Money Laundering Compliance.
To ensure the security and safety of all stock, staff and cash within the store at all times.
Any other functions as deemed necessary or as may arise from time to time.
