At Cycle Revolution, Norwich you'll be joining a great team, passionate about getting more people on two wheels and supporting them on their cycling 'journey'. It's not essential that you have worked in a cycle store before; we're looking for the right candidate, ideally with experience of selling premium brands and products. If you're just starting out on two wheels yourself, we will give you the training and support you need to ensure success in the role. At Cycle Revolution we believe that cycling changes lives and as a Store Manager you will lead your team to inspire and guide them by making a real difference by helping more people enjoy their ride!

Key responsibilities

Leading and developing a team to deliver exceptional employee and customer experiences, while achieving agreed store targets and objectives.

Inspiring new and existing customers on their cycling journey: In-store, online and via social media.

Management and delivery of company ethos, processes and protocols to ensure smooth and successful store operation.
