The role

We are looking for a talented people friendly Store Manager to take over our busy jewellery store in Dartmouth

We are a long established business in the community and have a very loyal customer base, who mean the world to us.

Ideally we would love to see some experience in a management or supervisory role, however your people and selling skills would be your most valuable asset.

This position could well suit someone looking to step up the managerial ladder or maybe a change in direction.

As one of our managers, you are expected to set your own agenda in the day to day running of the business, we love to see some individuality and a real sense of ownership from all our business partners.

We need a team leader who gets results and inspires colleagues to be the best they can be.

There is a comprehensive in store training program for product and sales knowhow, so all we need is your enthusiasm along with a desire to learn new skills and stretch yourself.

Every day is a learning day, with no two days exactly the same.
