Who we are;
We are a family run company established since 1980, renowned for our outstanding customer service. We operate in the grocery sector under the SPAR & EuroSPAR symbols, employing over 500 people. With 9 stores, incorporating 8 Vineyard off-licences, 6 Post Offices, and our own butchery and meal ranges, all mainly located in the north west and mid ulster areas.
We're looking for;
Due to internal career progression, we are looking for a talented individual with a genuine passion for food retailing, a focus on first class customer service, and a desire to lead, to join us. The role we have is not only perfect for established managers but also for those in retail that want to make that step into management with all appropriate training provided.
The role is based in our flagship store, Lynch's EuroSPAR Skeoge, where you would be leading a dynamic team of 90+.

What you'll need;
You must have a passion for food retail, working in a store environment and delivering a great service to customers.
We're looking for the 'best people' - people with the ability to lead a team, people who are great at communication and people who are eager to drive and maintain excellent store performance and standards.
The ability to think outside the box, set yourself high standards and always wanting to continually improve the business are also essential 'best people' attributes.
Effectively managing all departments and colleagues within the store to ensure that exceptional standards are achieved at all times.
Embedding excellent customer service standards throughout the store.
Ability to understand and achieve targets. For example Sales, GP%, Wastage, Wage%.
Implementing and applying all aspect of HR.
Management and over seeing of stock control, people management, cost control and HACCP implementation.
Drive sales and profitability.
