About the Role



Think of this role as part team leader, part business owner, part community champion.

As Store Manager, you'll:



Lead from the front -- inspiring and motivating your team to shine Drive sales and keep costs in check (smart business is good business) Deliver warm, genuine service every single day Build a store that's known and loved in the community Recruit, coach, and grow your people so they can do their best work

What We're Looking For



You've got experience in hospitality or retail leadership You're a natural people person -- motivating teams and building great customer relationships You care about quality, take pride in your store, and love rolling up your sleeves You think like an owner: proactive, positive, and full of energy

Pay: 26,880.00-27,118.00 per year
