Role Summary



As a store manager, you will lead a team to drive sales and ensure the smooth operation of the retail store. With strong skills in management, retail operations, and leadership, you will oversee daily activities, manage inventory, and provide exceptional customer service.

Using your expertise in time management, administrative tasks, and phone etiquette, you will efficiently coordinate staff, handle customer inquiries, and maintain a well-organised store environment.

Key Responsibilities



Lead and oversee the daily operations of the store. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets. Train, motivate, and supervise store staff. Deliver excellence in customer service in alignment with the company standards, policies and resolve customer complaints. Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Participate in the recruitment process by conducting interviews and communicating interview feedback to the HR Department. HR support by submitting return to work interviews, probation reviews, quarterly staff reviews, grievances, disciplinaries, absence management and reporting any issues. Publishing store rotas a minimum of four weeks in advance. Checking deliveries to confirm accuracy of stock received from the warehouse. Communicating with Head Office regarding point-of-sale materials, window displays, and marketing campaigns. Carrying out any additional tasks as required by Head Office. Providing daily feedback regarding the store's performance to the Retail Manager.
