We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. Duties

Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service. Manage inventory control, including ordering, stocking, and merchandising products effectively. Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions to enhance team performance. Handle payroll and bookkeeping tasks accurately to maintain financial integrity. Implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent and manage interviewing processes. Supervise staff performance through regular feedback and coaching sessions. Utilize retail math skills for budgeting, pricing strategies, and sales management. Maintain an organized store environment through effective merchandising and inventory management practices. Foster strong communication skills within the team to ensure excellent phone etiquette and customer interactions.

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail management or as an assistant manager in a similar environment. Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and employee supervision. Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving sales goals. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers. Proficient in POS systems, cash handling, and administrative tasks related to store management. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of grocery store operations is preferred, Especially on Fuel garages. Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to enhancing the shopping experience for all customers.
