My client is one of the most well known prestigious luxury brands in the world. They specialise in shoes, leather goods, Jewellery and ready-to-wear. My clients intention is to always be the ultimate expression of luxury, while respecting the extremely distinctive character.

I am recruiting for a Store Manager to oversee one of their most important locations in Heathrow

1. Developing the business and leadership in the market.

  • Optimize the store\'s commercial performance by identifying business in line with overall company objectives and policies.
  • Adopt a proactive approach to customer recruitment and actively promote the brand in order to drive traffic to the store and generate incremental business.
  • Build and develop clientele loyalty, including implementation and follow up of client development initiatives in adherence of client development targets
  • Provide analysis and feedback on clientele and product line performances, in weekly/monthly reports. Develop and implement action plans to deliver improvements
  • Implementing the strategies that will further develop the brand\'s presence in the city.
2. Managing store operations
  • Lead the management of the store, ensuring daily operations and functions are carried out in line with company.
  • Ensure the standards are applied and maintained at all times across the store
  • Identify and implement plans to deliver efficiencies and productivity improvements in all areas of store operations
3. Managing and developing the team day to day
  • To provide leadership amongst the team, ensuring a positive team spirit, keeping the team motivated to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure training program is in place and delivered for all team members, particularly in sales techniques, customer service, policies and procedures, product knowledge.
  • Participate / supervise recruitment, evaluation and development of the store team/direct reports, maximizing individual potential and ensuring succession plans in place for key positions
  • Ensure all human resources policies and procedures are implemented, resolving all staff issues as appropriate
4. Be an ambassador

Represent the brand at relevant public/store events and activities, in order to promote the image, brand and products.

The Profile:

- 5 years minimum experience in luxury retail, with at least 2 years as Store Manager or Senior Management.

- You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Self-starter, results-driven, you implement all needed initiatives and demonstrate commercial creativity.

- Good communication and networking skills, you are able to build good professional working relationships

- Recognised for your management skills, you are pragmatic, lead by example and generate trust among subordinates, peers and management.

- Strong IT skills

Salary would be up to \xc2\xa370,000 + bonus experience dependant
