We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and food service, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills to manage a diverse team effectively. Duties

Lead and supervise a team of staff members, fostering a positive and motivating work environment. Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and conducting regular stock checks. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations, implementing best practices in food preparation. Train and develop team members in hospitality skills, kitchen operations, and customer service excellence. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, providing solutions to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with upper management to develop strategies for improving store performance and profitability. Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the store, including kitchen areas.

Requirements

Proven experience in a management role within the hospitality or food service industry. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively. Previous experience in bartending or kitchen supervision is advantageous. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
