while ensuring the store runs like a well-oiled, buttercream-covered machine.

We're looking for someone who's ready to take the next step on the ladder of their career and can hit the ground running and help our Fulham store take big strides forward.

What You'll Be Doing

As Store Manager, you'll oversee the

day-to-day front-of-house operations

, ensuring that every customer gets a

world-class

Flavourtown experience. You'll lead by example, keep standards sky-high, and create an environment where your team thrives. You'll also work closely with our owners to ensure the shop is

profitable, immaculate, beautifully merchandised, and fully stocked

--because great cake deserves a great showcase!

You'll be managing a small team of five people - including you!

? 1-2 years of

management experience

(ideally in a luxury food/hospitality setting)

? Bags of

energy, enthusiasm, and drive

--you're hands-on and always up for a challenge

? A natural

leader

who hires, trains, and develops a strong, happy team

? A

love for baked goods

(and maybe an inability to resist cookies... we won't judge)

? A solid understanding of

budgets, cost control, and stock planning

? Knows how to

display products beautifully

to maximise sales

? Experience with

operations and admin

--think rotas, reporting, payroll, stock ordering, and more

? Confident in

opening/closing procedures

, cash handling, and daily reporting

? Passionate about

marketing and community engagement

, including local events
