We're looking for an experienced

Store Manager

to take full ownership of our new flagship store. This is a high profile role with full ownership of a flagship environment. We are open to experienced Store Managers or strong Assistant Store Managers ready to step up, if the attitude, leadership and mindset are right.

Job specification

As Store Manager of the Sheffield flagship, you will take full responsibility for the performance, standards and culture of the store. You will be visible on the shop floor, lead from the front, and build a team that understands how to trade properly. This is about ownership, consistency and doing the basics exceptionally well in a flagship setting.

Your role will include

Full ownership of sales performance and KPIs Setting daily, weekly and monthly trading priorities Leading and developing a flagship store team Recruiting, onboarding and training new starters for launch and beyond Creating a strong, disciplined and positive store culture Being highly visible on the shop floor and setting the pace Managing rotas, payroll and staffing levels Maintaining flagship level merchandising and visual standards Full responsibility for stock management, deliveries and loss prevention Ensuring all operational, cash handling and compliance procedures are followed Acting as the main link between the store and head office

Pay: 30,000.00-34,000.00 per year
