Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Store Manager to oversee our establishment, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in hospitality, particularly within the hotel or restaurant sectors. This role requires a hands-on approach to team management and a passion for delivering quality customer experiences.

Duties

Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service. Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies. Train and develop staff in areas such as food preparation, bartending, and culinary skills. Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively to enhance satisfaction. Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.

Experience

Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting. Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team management and development. Background in food preparation or culinary arts is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both staff and customers. Experience in bartending is beneficial but not essential. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: 29,000.00-39,000.00 per year
