As the Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and ensure that our store meets its operational goals while providing a welcoming environment for both customers and staff.

Duties

Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service. Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance store performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations. Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and team management. Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer engagement skills. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll management, and reporting. Maintain an organised store layout that promotes an enjoyable shopping experience for customers. Utilise time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience

Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role is essential. Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficient phone etiquette. Experience in merchandising and visual presentation to enhance product visibility. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
