who can lead the team at this flagship store to success, ensure the highest food safety and quality standards, and push the business forward.

The Role:

As a

Store Manager

, you'll be the heartbeat of your restaurant, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while focusing on growth and customer satisfaction. You'll lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver an outstanding dining experience while driving profitability and efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leadership & Team Development:

Train, motivate, and mentor your team to ensure exceptional service and high performance.

Operations & Performance:

Manage stock, control costs, and maximize efficiency to hit business targets.

Customer Experience:

Ensure top-tier service and handle any customer issues professionally.

Food Safety & Compliance:

Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, health & safety, and compliance with all regulations.

Sales & Marketing:

Implement local marketing initiatives, promotions, and community engagement strategies to boost sales.

Reporting & Financials:

Analyse sales data, control labour and stock costs, and manage budgets to drive profitability.
