We're looking for a hands-on Store Manager who takes pride in running a great shop. Someone who enjoys being on the floor, knows how to lead a small team properly, and cares about the details that make a store feel sharp, welcoming and easy to shop.
You'll be a calm, organised presence day to day, setting standards, driving sales in the right way, and making sure customers leave happy. You'll also work closely with our Ecommerce team, because what happens online and in-store needs to match, from stock accuracy to launches to sorting customer issues quickly and fairly.
If you're the type who spots problems, fixes them, and gets the team moving without drama, you'll fit right in.
Duties
Lead daily shop operations and maintain a smooth running floor
Manage, breaks, appraisals, and basic HR processes
Coach and develop staff through clear expectations and feedback
Deliver strong customer service and resolve issues professionally
Drive sales through training, product knowledge and standards
Maintain merchandising, cleanliness and stock room organisation
Liaise daily with Ecommerce on stock, transfers, launches and customer cases
Receive and process deliveries accurately
Track KPIs and implement actions to improve performance
Ensure compliance with store procedures, security and safety
Qualifications
Store management or strong assistant management experience in retail
Confident leading a small team
Strong communication and ability to work with an Ecommerce team
Organised, reliable, good attention to detail
Comfortable handling customer issues and complaints
Comfortable with basic retail systems, cash handling and reporting
Familiarity with Shopify, EPOS, or stock transfer workflows
Available for weekend work
