We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fashion Store Manager to join our hard working Coventry team!

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of your store, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, driving sales & the visual merchandising of your store.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, promotion launches, and customer service
- Create and implement strategies to drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets
- Train, supervise, and motivate your team
- Ensure excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints and providing assistance as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and report to maintain stock levels
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store's appearance
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle administrative tasks such as store performance figure, payroll, and reporting

Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Aware of current & upcoming high-street trends.

- Strong Visual merchandising skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 37.5 per week
