What You'll Be Doing

Leading, motivating, and supporting your team to deliver great results Overseeing daily store operations and keeping everything compliant Managing cash handling and daily banking procedures Driving sales and smashing performance targets Delivering excellent customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience Monitoring stock levels with regular checks and smooth inventory control Enforcing Challenge 25 responsibly and maintaining all policies Ensuring the store is always safe and compliant

What We're Looking For

Legal right to work in the UK Strong English communication skills Must be of legal drinking age A confident, hands-on leader with a proactive approach Organised, self-motivated, and sales-focused Someone with great people skills and a natural flair for customer service Target-driven with accountability and energy

Seasonal - mid October to December
