Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and staff scheduling. Develop and implement strategies to enhance store performance and drive profitability. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations. Train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance; provide ongoing coaching and support. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports for upper management on store performance.

Skills

Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and supervising staff. Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficient in sales management techniques to drive revenue growth. Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous for communicating with diverse customers. Polished phone etiquette for professional interactions with customers and suppliers. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members at all levels.
