The Store Manager's profile
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team of 4 Client Advisors at the REPOSSI boutique in Harrods (estimated target opening: November 2025). The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record of success in luxury retail management. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales performance, setting KPIs, ensuring exceptional customer service, and upholding the REPOSSI brand image. You will play a critical role in developing and executing a long-term commercial retail strategy for London and the broader UK market.

Your main missions and responsibilities will be
Leadership & Team Management:
Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Client Advisors, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Sales & Business Development:
Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales performance, achieve revenue targets, set KPIs and expand the REPOSSI client base in the UK market.
Client Experience:
Ensure that all clients receive an exceptional and personalized experience, exceeding their expectations and fostering long-term loyalty. Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service.
Boutique Operations:
Oversee all aspects of boutique operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, loss prevention, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Brand Representation:
Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying REPOSSI's values and conveying the house's rich history and modern vision with elegance and sophistication.
Networking & Partnerships:
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Harrods management, personal shoppers, and other strategic business contributors.
Reporting & Analysis:
Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to senior management on store performance and market trends.
Commercial Retail Strategy:
Drive and actively participate in the development of the commercial retail strategy in London and broadly the UK.
Profile
Profile requirements
Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role. Leading by example is essential. "Plug and Play" profile (i.e. already existing client's network, HARRODS previous experiences, etc.) is indeed a plus.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong business acumen and understanding of the luxury market.
A deep passion for jewelry and high-jewelry and an appreciation for architectural design and contemporary art.
Experience in client relationship management and a proven ability to connect with discerning customers.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.
A proactive and results-oriented approach.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
The position will be based at the REPOSSI store in HARRODS (First Floor - London, UK) - estimated target opening: November 2025.
You will report to, and you will be under the responsibility of the Chief Commercial Officer.
